I don’t care either way. Vaccinated not vaccinated. Negative test or no test.

But I never cared.

Same. You are not totally “safe” in either situation. I am vaccinated and after being exposed and having mild symptoms, I tested negative for Covid.

I spent time with a friend and a few days later, she was sick with Covid. She is also vaccinated. I tested again, and I was positive. But since I had tested negative, I spread it.

So you never know. There is no way to avoid it forever.

I'm more worried about getting in a car accident and getting seriously injured on my way to said room.

I feel the same. If I am in a large group, whether everyone else is vaccinated/unvaccinated/recently tested/not recently tested is not a thought that crosses my mind. I feel I am protecting myself by being vaccinated, and that is what matters to me personally. Living life worrying about everyone else's status is, for me personally, an anxiety-inducing and stressful way to live, especially at 1.5 years into this all.

Sorry to hijack your post to add a question. Do you fully trust the results of a test? or how long is a negative test safe for?

This.
Honestly, I don’t feel comfortable in a room full of people in general during this whole thing! I’d feel better about it everyone was masked and I could be separated from the group. I don’t do rooms full of people.

Same here
I trust the masks and distancing more than the negative test

Same. And cancer. And heart disease. All things that are statistically way more likely to kill me than Covid.

My thoughts exactly. Besides being vaccinated I wear a mask indoors in a large group if I feel uncomfortable, no matter what others do.

Funny how people have changed from recent posts of feeling comfortable with people who were only vaccinated. Now they would rather they test. Sounds like they don’t trust the vaccine they boasted so much about and fought with strangers about.

True but they still fight tooth and nail to defend it.

It's bizarre. I know people want it to end, but the reality is the vaccine is NOT preventing transmission. Only possibly preventing severe symptoms for some. That's a big reason why it should never be mandated.
