Christmas dinner
We typically have lasagna for dinner but I’m looking for something different.
What do you plan on having for Christmas dinner?

Christmas dinner
Last year we did a brunch and it was a hit, we're doing the same this year. We have a HUGE Italian Christmas Eve- so this was something different and more fun. (French Toast bake, frittatas, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, bagels with all the goodies, sweets, shrimp cocktail, charcuterie, etc) When I did make dinner- I would get pasta made in store: Manicotti, stuffed shells, stuff rigatoni- something like that. I'd make Chicken & Eggplant Parm (since I don't eat meat) and then side veggies. Sometimes I'd make a ham or pork roast too.
