IF it is really bad, we use California Baby Diaper rash cream. Otherwise, we use pertroleum jelly.

We use the daily multipurpose CLEAR Desitin or Balmex everyday
I would never put diaper rash cream on everyday. The stuff is way to gunky and sticky for everyday use

DD has really sensitive skin and gets a rash really easily. We used Desitin at first and her rash would not go away, so we moved on to Balmex b/c it was thicker. She got a bad rash last week so I bought Beaudreauxs Butt Paste and it cleared it up right away. We use something at every diaper change.

I only use A&D if it looks like he is getting a little red.
I used Triple Paste the one time he had a rash.

used desitin with my first after every change. With my second I use A&D only when I see a rash beginning to appear.

Only when there's a rash. I think I've had the same tube for 2 years!
(in the beginning I use vaseline at every change to help the merconium poops clean easily)

I use A&D at every change, and then if she has an actual rash *which has only happened once* I use Desitin, and I also have the Triple Paste which I will try.

we use Desitin on Jacob everytime he poops. Other than that, we only use it if we see a rash.

I put cream on at every changing. I spoke with my peds about it, and since my dd has eczyema, he said i should b/c she is more prone to have diaper rashes b/c of the eczyema. He said the cream will prevent the rash

Same here, but if I notice any redness whatsoever I use Desitin, triple paste or whatever else I have on hand on those red spots.
