1st birthday menu help

We are having about 25 adults and 4 one year olds for DD's birthday. There are a few gluten free guests and two who are also dairy free. Do you think this is enough food? Any suggestions or changes? I'm trying to stick to things I can do in advance since I want to enjoy the party!

Apps:
salsa, guac, chips, gf bagel chips
veggies with spinach dip and white bean dip

Main:
marinated chicken (baked or grilled-not sure yet)
sausage and peppers
pulled pork and slider rolls
coleslaw
quinoa salad
green salad

Dessert:
cake
cupcakes
fruit salad

Should I order a tray of wraps or make a tray of ziti? Mainly concerned about whether the main dishes seem sufficient. TIA

1st birthday menu help

I would definitely make a ziti tray. That is always a hit at a party. I would also add 1 or 2 more veggie sides since you just have a salad.

Re: 1st birthday menu help

I think your menu sounds good!

Personally, I would probably add one more app -- I always overdo it! But maybe something hot, like sweet and sour cocktail meatballs (can make them in the crockpot) or something like pigs in blankets? Although if your guests will be arriving later, closer to dinner time, you probably don't need it. They can just pick on the chips and veggies. But if they will be there awhile before you serve dinner, I would add another app.

Your main menu looks good, but I would also agree with adding a tray of baked ziti or lasagna or something. Those things are easy to make in advance and everyone likes them! If they don't get eaten, they make good leftovers. I might add something like French fries (even frozen french fries) for those that don't eat salads/veggies, and maybe for the babies? That makes a good, easy side for something like the pulled pork sliders. But I always have some picky, meat and potatoes type guests, so it may not be necessary with your crowd.

Dessert menu looks perfect to me!
