NEW Is this a good Menu?

I am having an Afterparty for DD's first bday party next week for our immediate family-- 18 adults and 6 kids. The party is at 2pm, after we come back from her kiddie party. Does this sound like a good menu/enough food?

1 Tray of Chicken Francese
2. Tray of Bowtie Pasta w/ Shitake
Mushrooms (hot)
3. Platter of Assorted Wraps- 18
4. 2.5 pounds of Greek Salad
5. 3 pounds of Fruit Salad
6. Tray of Brownies/Blondies
7. Chocolate Bundt Cake

For the kids I am making Chicken Nuggets and Fries

Should I add a cold potato salad to the mix? a second "Green Salad"? Do I need more fruit? Should I do a Hero rather than wraps?

Sounds great, if anything, for my family, I would have to go bigger on the wraps, or get a hero or something, then maybe a tray of ziti or penne. Then again, I always seem to have too much, even when I think it isn't going to be enough!

I would not add another green salad. I always find the salad is kind of slow to go... but people do take it more if you have it dressed and tossed together. I know sometimes, if you are catering it, the catering places will give you a tray of layered salad with dressing on the side. So I always put it in a serving bowl (or a portion of it) and toss it with dressing.

I would love the bowtie pasta with shitake mushrooms, but will your crowd like it? Sometimes, I go for a more mainstream pasta dish (like baked ziti or penne vodka) when serving a crowd. But if you know your guests will like it, then go for it!

You can always add garlic bread for dipping with the chicken francaise and/or pasta.

I always have too much food. I think you have enough, but will you do any appetizers? Even if it's just a cheese platter or chips and dips, I think it's nice to have some stuff for people out to munch on while you prep dinner (and then they aren't super starving.
