20 min HIIT on the treadmill (60 sec intervals of 6 mph and 10.5 mph, 10 repeats)

and then ran a little to round it off to 3 miles, 21:21! I should run a 5k in intervals I would PR! Chat Icon

i thought the same thing which is why when i started up with HIIT again I started 10 mpg as the fast interval. but I wasn't about to die at the end (you are supossed to be completely out of energy at the ned of the interval) so i kept raising it until I think y max is 10.6 but I can't do that 10 times. And since I started this my normal runs have been so much faster.

Crazy week!
2/25 4.75 mile trail run in NH
2/26 ATVing!
2/27 rest
2/28 2.3mile walk (still hurting from the ATVs)
2/29 - 3/3 lazy
3/4 9 mile run!

I think I'm going to join in!

My week (I started p90x this week)

2/28: core synergistics x (core/abs/strength training plus cardo) - 1 hour
2/29: cardio x - 45 minutes
3/1: shoulders and arms x (weight training) 1 hour, plus ab ripper x (abs/core) 16 minutes
3/2: yoga x (power yoga) 1 hour
3/3: legs and back, abs - 1 hour 15 minutes
3/4: kenpo x (kickboxing) 1 hour

Chat Icon If I had looked at this schedule 4 months ago I would have died just from thinking about it!!!
