3/19 Tri training...
Spin class plus some extra time after class for 20 miles Immediately followed by 3 mile treadmill run (8:49 first mile, 8:34 second mile and 8:06 third mile)

4/2 1 hour spin class + a few min extra (20 miles in 62 min) Immediately followed by 2 miles on treadmill (8:20 pace)
