2/18 - rest 2/19 - 1 hour spin class 2/20 - 2 mile treadmill run, 20 min upper body strength training 2/21 - forced rest (due to deadlines, ugh.)

2/25 200 squats, 3 mins plank, 45 pushups, some kettlebell, at home
2/26 1 hour spin class + a little extra for goal mileage (20 miles 1:01) immediately followed by 2 mile run on treadmill (9:13 pace) 1 hour sculpting class
