12-12 30 sleep for maybe 45 min
330 hour nap can be longer
7 half hour nap
10 1030 bed
if we r in the car they will sleep forever lol

7 month old sleep/nap schedule
We have never done a schedule, she never naps and she sleeps through the night. If she naps she may take a 20 min power nap if at all lol

honestly, I wouldn't stress over the amount of hours of sleep they get per 24 hours. not all babies are "by the book". dd has marched to the beat of her own drum since in the womb  and I've learned to just go with the flow. by the book tells you they "need" 14 hours a day, but if your baby is getting 13 hours and is happy/thriving, who cares? kwim?
im not really worried about them going by the book per se, but I wanted to know what's normal and average for all of you. My kids are in a constant state of teething and get so cranky towards the end of the day, so we are trying to figure out naps. it's hard to get them down earlier (like 6) because they just wake up earlier (like 4!) and are up for the day.

she doest nap!? that's crazy! when did she drop her naps?

She gets 10oz. at about 8:15am, 8oz. about 3:00pm and then nurses at bedtime. She eats 4tblspns of oatmeal (mixed with two ounces of formula) and 4oz. of a fruit or veggie at about 10:30am. Then for dinner she has the same at about 6:00pm.
Wow ! We are only giving our 7 month DS 1 tbspn of oatmeal and 2 oz of fruit or veggie... twice a day plus fruit or veggie for lunch... um I want to switch to what your doing if it will make him sleep straight through the night !!! 
Just realized OP was only asking for sleep/nap schedule. Duh! I read it as sleep/eat schedule. But of course now I'm wondering what everyone else's 7 and 8 month olds are eating and if I'm over feeding mine!
She eats a few tablespoons of cereal am
4 oz food for lunch
4 oz dinner
And she has about 4 bottles 7 oz or so of formula

What is your trick?? Mine go to bed at 8 and wont sleep til 6am. Well Brielle will, but Hannah refuses.
my trick is daycare  she is EXHAUSTED by the time she gets home. Also, she just only started sleeping completely through about 1 week ago. She was waking for 1 bottle between 12-2 but we changed her bottle schedule to every 3 hours so she was getting that 5th bottle in during the day. Now she sleeps through. Also added soilds within the past 1-2 weeks so that is helping

as for feeding, they get 3-4 ounces of fruit or veggie in the AM and about the same of oatmeal with a touch of fruit in the PM
