2016 Weight Loss Challenge
I'm starting my diet tomorrow. My goal is to lose 25 lbs by May 1st. Anyone in? Would love to have some motivation! We could post our progress here!

Maybe just come here and post daily. Update our progress. How we feel - Come here for motivation if we feel like we're "falling off the wagon" lol
Also give tips of what's helping you feel full longer
I was doing the overnight oats for breakfast for a few weeks in November and that really helped with hunger. I already made some for tmrw and Tuesday!

2016 Weight Loss Challenge
I'm in! I am aiming to loose 15-20lbs. I write this as I eat cheese cake but yes I'm in. I need to de-stress and overall just feel better about myself! I recently started the juice plus shakes they make me so full and taste so good :) I also just bagged up veggies for work this week!

2016 Weight Loss Challenge
Do you need to state how much we want to lose? I want to stop eating carbs by way of bread/toast (love toast)
I plan on eating salads for lunch which includes, kidney or Chick peas, shredded carrots, walnuts, red peppers, avocado, cucumber, sun dried tomatoes for sweet tang, Boston lettuces, kale and mushrooms
I need help for dinner. I want to make spaghetti squash and sauce this week, NEED more ideas
BK, either hard boiled eggs, overnight oats, what else
I have a ton of frozen fruit, anyone making shacks ???
the nutritionist at work told me to write down everything I eat for a few days, I never did bc it looked like a lot :( and I was embarrassed

2016 Weight Loss Challenge
I'm in. I have a ton of weight to lose and I'll be in a wedding at the end of the year so I'm using that as motivation.
I already have veggies cut up for the week for salads for lunch and baked some sweet potatoes. I am thinking fruit smoothies for breakfast as I need something quick and easy in the morning.

I'm in. I had surgery in September and put on a good amount of weight since. My body is totally out of wack. Need some serious detoxing. I am going to weigh myself on Fridays. Good luck everyone.

Id like to lose 10 pounds
I need to lose 20+ But I'm going to stick to a realistic attainable goal and if I make it, I can continue from there.
My biggest problem is willpower. I love food. I have an unhealthy addiction to carbs and salt. 2 things that will probably be the death of me. Between high cholesterol, high triglycerides and just resently had my blood pressure taken and it was on its way up - I NEED to be more aware of what I eat. It's not just about looking better at this point.
Let's take it one day at a time.

I'm in. My w/i day is Thursday and I also take measurements of myself because sometimes you don't see the scale move so much as you see the measurements decrease.
I don't have a target in mind, really. More like tone up and have my clothes fit me a bit better...they've been feeling tight and I'm not happy about that.
A new gym opened by my house just a couple of weeks ago; DH and I joined when they were under construction months ago. I already made it to a few classes...have two classes there tonight :)

2016 Weight Loss Challenge
I think Im already off the wagon!! I have off on Mondays and when my dad is in NY we meet for breakfast on Mondays. Well, he's out of state now but I still took myself out for breakfast. Mainly bc I did not want to mess the kitchen :( I had potatoes and toast (not all of it)
I went to TJ and bought chicken breast, which I just grilled on the BBQ, walnuts etc. I am cooking my squash as I type, prepped my salad for tomorrow but I work late until?? on Tuesdays.

I have a lot of weight to lose. Since the middle of June I lost 52 pounds, but my eating was not great between the middle of December and Christmas so I put back on 2 pounds which is frustrating. My weigh in day is Tuesday. I would like to get to 75 pounds lost by easter (so another 25 pounds). My working out though, has been on point! But unfortunately weight lost is 80% eating and 20 % exercise!

That's fantastic Progress!! And 2 lb gain during the holidays is also pretty great!

It's an app that helps you track your daily caloric intake. It has a search feature (similar to weight watchers) that you enter in the food you would like to eat, and it auto populates the calories/fat/card/sugar etc into the app. At the end of the day, it gives you a breakdown of how many calories/carbs/protein/fat you've consumed.
It also keeps track of your weight loss, exercise and water intake.
It's a great tool to have- there have been many times were I want to go have something, only to find out it's loaded in carbs- then I am able to make a healthy choice. I have been using it daily since my surgery, as I have to monitor my protein intake.

I don't usually enter my food, but I keep track of weight and measurements. Their reports are great for seeing trends.
