I'm starting my diet tomorrow. My goal is to lose 25 lbs by May 1st. Anyone in? Would love to have some motivation! We could post our progress here!
I'm trying to lose almost 15 lbs by May 1st!!!
ETA: I just caught up on all the posts and I am in!
My method is counting calories on my fitness pal. I aim for under 1200 every day. I should really be at about 1000 to lose. and to exercise at least 20 min every day.
But it is so hard.
I actually started my diet in October. I lost 8 pounds before the holidays but the holidays, I gained a lot back and am already having trouble trying to lose it. I feel and look thicker than a few weeks ago too. I am about down 6 pounds now, but still have to lose at least 2 more to get back to where I was. and I'd like to lose like 12 lbs after that!!

Thurs. 1/7 Breakfast: SB Cheesy Frittata, tea with Aloe Lunch: salad - romaine lettuce, boiled egg,Tuna salad, tomatoes,'French dressing Lite, Dinner: thin sirloin steak with peppers & onions, SB cauliflower mash, green beans Dessert: SB Mocha Ricotta Creme
Snacks: 1 cup of Decaf Apple Cinnamon tea with truvia, 1 chocolate rice cake
Water: 48 oz
No challenge today, have to catch up tomorrow. Went to doctors and they put me on antibiotics and Steroids for my Asthma... Sucks because the steroids increase appetite and bloat. But hopefully this will finally kick out whatever I have so I can exercise next week.

Thursday
Breakfast: very early before leaving for train 1/2 cup overnight oats with almond milk, flaxseed, cinnamon and some brown sugar coffee
Banana on train
yogurt about 11:30 with a few almonds/ chocolate chips
lunch: Salad with kale, Boston lettuces red peppers, avocados, sun dried tomatoes, a few tiny pieces of sweet potato, sprinkle of walnuts, dressing. 3 crackers water
Dinner: spaghetti squash 3 small meatballs
water
went out an came home hungry at 9 so decided to have a slice of toast/slice of cheese. Had soda out bc we all had to spend $5.00

Breakfast: 16 oz Original Cashew Milk & PB Protein Bar
Lunch: 2 Slices of BH Buffalo Chicken & 2 slices of BH Vermont Cheddar w/ ginger dipping sauce
Dinner: 1 Wendy's Grilled Chicken to go Wrap
Snacks: SF Vanilla Pudding w/ PB Protein Powder
68g Carbs 34g Fat 57g Protein

2016 Weight Loss Challenge
I'm down 2 pounds, but my stomach was upset yesterday (and today) so I barely ate anything. I'll take it! But I also need to have enough willpower not to eat everything in sight when I'm feeling better!

Yep, I have no willpower and its a slippery slope. I know I am not ready to go out to eat. My DH, although, he is dieting too, wants to go watch the games. I was like no.. impossible for me to not have a drink or steal a fry!

Forgot to add my w/i from yesterday morning- down 1.2 pounds. :)
I don't write out my food diary here because I already track it on the WW app and it just seems redundant to do it twice.
Plan for the weekend - Belly, Butt and Thighs Bootcamp and Cardio Tai Boxing classes tomorrow...possibly some classes on Sunday, not totally sure if I can make it to the gym Sunday.

I'm measuring and weighing I keep measuring cups and scale out on counter in kitchen so it takes 2 seconds to do
Just doing this for the main weight loss. Once I'm maintaining, I'll just eyeball. I'm so tired of being this heavy, it's worth the extra steps right now

B: 1 sunny side up egg w 1/2 slice 2% American cheese 1 light multigrain eng muffin 1/2 serving 1/3 fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese
S: 16 oz pain decaf tea
L: PB&J on 100 calorie multigrain sandwich thin 10 baby carrots 1/2 cup lentils
D: 2 cups homemade crockpot lentils w veggies 2 oz whole wheat pasta 2 Tbsp of Pecorino Romano cheese
100 oz water & 2 cans black cherry seltzer
AF is in 7 days. The exessive hunger has started today. Sucks

you go girl, and let this one go. Clearly you needed carbs today and tomorrow will be better, let it go. Twice this week I had grilled cheese for dinner, that's not great, but I really dont know what else to eat, and I needed that comfort, so I'll let it go.

Fridays 1/8 Breakfast: Herbalife shake, tea with Aloe Lunch: mish mosh of left overs lol: cauliflower mash, roasted veggies, cold cuts, green beans, Dinner: grilled chicken, boiled sweet potatoe late night craving : Bertoli sausage and rotini
Water: 56oz
Cheated with the Bertoli but my husband and I wee over the diet food and barely are the dinner, we were about to cheat and order Chinese but made the Bertoli instead. I was still under calories but the carbs and all the other stuff wasn't good.
I broke and weighed myself this morning and I am minus some lbs but I want to see if it sticks after the weekend. Then I will post! I am going out tonight and have to take my son to movies tomorrow.. Wish me luck!
