FOOD DIARY:
Monday 1/4 Bfast: 1/2 cup overnight oats w cinnamon, honey, 2% milk & raisins
Lunch: PB &J (measured 1 serving of each) on multigrain flat round 10 baby carrots
Snack: leaves of romaine dipped in vinaigrette made with Spicy brown mustard , juice of 1 lemon,1 fresh clove of garlic grated and a teaspoon of canola oil
I was starving so I also had: Steamed broccoli w same vinaigrette
Dinner: Sautéed chicken and onions w leftover vinaigrette over a big salad w veggies and balsamic & canola oil Italian dressing
Snack: 1 cup of caramel & buttered popcorn mixed
80 oz of water & 1 can black cherry seltzer w dinner
I'm proud of everything but popcorn. But it's ok. Gotta start somewhere !

That vinaigrette dressing is right up my alley- I'm going to make that for a dipping sauce for chicken. Thanks!

Breakfast: Peanut Butter Protein Bar
Snack: P3 Protein Pack w/roasted turkey, cheddar cheese & dark chocolate nut cluster
Lunch: 4 Boars Head Buffalo Chicken slices, with 2 slices of BH Vermont Cheddar Cheese, in roll ups.
Dinner: P3 Protein Pack w/ hickory seasoned grilled chicken breast strips & bbq sauce
Dessert: SF Vanilla Pudding w/ PBfit protein powder
48g of Carbs 35g of Fat 72g of Protein

I'm in.. MFP GizSash, my diary is public too. Lowered Cals to 1000 daily. Want to try it for 30 days!
I plan on not drinking , combo of south beach and protein shakes. It's too much work for me to prep 3 meals a day, so the shakes make it easier for me to stay on track.
For exercise, I plan on doing Chinese kickboxing and cardio at gym. Just waiting for my asthma to get infer control, been sick. But I am doing the 30 day Ab and body challenge in the meantime.
Current: 136 Immediate goal: 126 by week 2 in Feb. Goal: 115 Ultimate goal: 105

Monday 1/4 Breakfast: Protein Shake, tea Light Lunch: cream spinach, breakstone cottage cheese with pineapple Late Afternoon snack: protein shake w. 1 cup almond milk Dinner: sirloin burger with mozzarella, ketchup, tomato and avocado (no bun), small sweet potato
Had two cups of Decaf green tea - morning and early afternoon
Water: 9 cups/ 72oz (my daily goal is 68oz, 1/2 body weight) I started the Woman's Vitamin pack, but not taking the red pill. First time taking it!

breakfast 2 teaspoons over night oats before I got on train
yogurt with a few almonds and chocolate chips later at work
Lunch salad and 1/2 tangerine water, coffee earlier
Dinner spaghetti squash and 3 small meatballs
good until I had a few olives, a few corn chips left over from last week and now Kedem tea biscuits (cookies)
oy, not bad until I got home
I am so disgusted with myself

Snacks: Green apple 1/2 slice 2% American cheese (shared other half w my dogs) 2 big green olives
Dinner: Boneless skinless chicken thigh (2.7 oz) baked w seasoned Panko
Light honey mustard dressing as dip for chicken
Steamed Broccoli sautéed w olive oil and garlic
1 cup lentil tomato couscous
Handful raisins
Drinks: 80 oz water & 2 cans black cherry seltzer

Me too, I get so bloated. Also your weight can fluctuate 2-3 lbs a day. The other day I had gained 2lbs, today I went down a lb from my original weight, so it looks like I lost 3lbs. I wouldn't get discouraged over 2lbs, especially with AF.
Make sure to weigh yourself during the same time, usually the morning is better. I am trying to weight myself every 2 weeks because last time I was obsessed with the scale and it was too much. It's hard though!

It could also be water weight- I know I tend to retain water when AF arrives, but the week after I drop that weight plus some.

Snacks: 1 cup of Decaf Apple Cinnamon tea with truvia, 1 chocolate rice cake
Water: 72oz
Completed day 5 of Ab and total fitness challenge!

Yesterday when I finished my food diary, it said I'd be 8 lbs lighter in 5 weeks if I keep this up

Good motivation!
I know that's my favorite part of the day seeing what I can be in 5 weeks! If I keep it up I may be able to reach my -10 lb goal in Feb.
Is anyone else worried about the weekend?? Its so hard for me to stay on track, especially since it will be the first weekend since I started dieting.
Good job ladies with the clean eating, lets keep it up!

Weekend is hard for me. Mainly Saturday night. DH is only off on Sunday's so we usually go out to dinner Saturday night and have a few drinks. And Sunday ... Well we're Italian so carbs carbs and carbs. Its gonna be tough but he may have to give up a couple Saturday's with me and hang with friends until I feel ok with a "cheat night". Not just yet though. I feel so good from being so healthy with my food choices. I want to see that scale move!!!
