I think this is stupid and I definitely would NOT do it.
Besides, my DD and I have the exact same shade of brown eyes  and I wouldn't trade that for anything.

But I don't because there are more important things in life, and I wish we as a society didn't put so much emphasis on jamming ourselves into a physical mold of what's "beautiful." I wasted so much of my youth worrying about this.

Absolutely not.
I won't lie...I'd love to have been born with blue--or green--eyes. But I wasn't and that's fine. I'm beautiful just the way I am!  
What would I ever say to my two beautiful brown-eyed daughters if I did that?? "Brown eyes just aren't that nice, girls. You'd both look much better--like I do now--with blue eyes."

me too. I have light eyes but I have two nieces (and a husband) with beautiful brown eyes.
WHY? this is what makes us all unique.

I have always wanted blue eyes. I even used to say if I could change them to blue I would....but honestly at this point...I don't think I would.
I mean if everyone could do it that would kind of ruin the uniqueness of having them in the first place...
And I don't know..my brown eyes are very much a part of me so I think I would take a pass.

My eyes are hazel-green, and DD inherited DH's brown. I wouldn't change either of us even if I could. Nothing could make her more beautiful than she already is.

My eyes change color depending on what I'm wearing, for the most part, they're a steel grey/green. THey're listed as grey on my license.
DH has brown eyes. I just asked him if he would do this and he said absolutely not. he was born with brown eyes and they're perfect the way they are.
