? about costs of treatments and insurance
I get a lifetime max of $20K for IUI/IVF (not including meds, thats a separate plan and is unlimiited). So here's an example - if the RE charges $350 for an IUI, but the insurance company pays $150, what goes towards my $20K? Is it the $350 or the $150?

they cannot take out more than what is agreed upon but you know whats sad is that these companies who wouldn't be affected by paying the full amount don't have to but without INS the poor unfortunate soul would have to pay the full amount charged

I agree with you, it is VERY sad and extremely unfair. I am so grateful that I have insurance that covers all this. I don't know what we would do if we had to pay out of pocket for everything.
