Advice for One Hour Glucose Test
So, I have to do the 1 hour tomorrow and I was wondering if any of you have advice regarding what to eat the night before. I am meeting friends at an Italian restaurant tonight and planned to (as hard as it is) stay away from dessert But, now I am thinking, should I also avoid pasta ? Please share your insights. Thanks!

Dessert is NOT the enemy.... it's the carbs. As tough as it sounds, i would avoid pasta and stick to protien.

Re: Advice for One Hour Glucose Test
My doctor didn't tell me to avoid any foods the night before...just to fast after midnight. I ate bread, and dessert the night before, and passed at 8:30 a.m. with a 102!
