Allergic reactions spinoff
The other post has me thinking. Should i be keeping Benedryl in the house in case of a reaction ????
And if so, is there baby benedryl?

They don't make "baby" benadryl they make children's benadryl. There is no recommended dosage on the bottle for children under 6 so you would need to consult your ped for a correct dosage.

I have a bottle of "INFANTS" benydrly sitting on my counter.. and yes if you cant get the infants you can use the childrens and the ped can give you an amount to use... but for an emergency its good to have either way... a lil drop will still help no matter what.

Where did you get it? I've never seen or heard of an Infant's benadryl.

I had gotten it at cvs prob about 6 months or more ago.. i needed it cause we were starting some new foods that i had allergies to and was worried that my twins might be too.

Infants benadryl really??
The pharmacist and the ped told me that they didnt make infants, only childrens and told me the correct dosage for an infant.

They must have taken it off the market after the whole cold medicine for babies fiasco then. There is no mention of it anywhere not even the benadryl website.
