I don't know you, but this post brought tears to my eyes. I have been following your story for a year now. I am so happy for you for choosing this wonderful path. It is a fabolous option and thank God that we live in a country where this is legal, safe, and routinely practiced. You are one step closer to your miracle.

I am amazed by your family's strength! I cannot for the need of 2012... or earlier 2013...whenever your plan kicks into high gear...and you get to hold your baby- babies?!?!? is that an option!

Honestly after reading this I am just so happy for you I want to cry. I have been reading your stories for longer than I have been posting and rooting for you the whole time.
Like you said pregnancy isn't forever and when your baby is graduating from High School you're going to be so far past this emotional blip on the rader.
Also who knows what the future will hold! You are young. You never know what will happen.
I sincerely hope this next holiday season you have a little baby in your arms! And the best part is all 9 months you can have cocktails!!!

Just the fact that you said this is beyond amazing!!   Just reading this is a gift in itself.
Thank you soooo much everyone for all of your supportive words and encouragement!!! Its following the journeys of so many of YOU over the years that has given me the courage to keep trudging along ... LIF has some of the most amazing women I have ever met (and not met!) .. and I am so grateful I have the support of everyone on here throughout our journey.

Pregnancy doesnt make a woman a mother, a baby does. Doesnt matter how that baby come into your life. He/she will be yours as soon as you hold that baby ALL YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE!!!!! God bless you and your dh's strength. You are an amazingly strong woman. You WILL be the most amazing mother and I can not be happier for you and your dh.

Jackie you are one of the strongest women I know. I am pray for you daily and i know you will be bless with the family you want. I have learned through my own journey that it doesn't matter how you get the end result and struggles to have children that many of us have faced will make us even better parents.

I can understand why you feel that way but personally I'm just so grateful this is an option available to us, and would be sorry if it wasn't.
Thank you so much ladies... I'm getting teary over here from all the thoughtful words!! I'm just so ready to get this process started and hopefully have some exciting news to share in the next few weeks/months!!

Jackie,
I think of you like you're my friend(even though you haven't a clue who I am), always rooting for you and smiiling with your happy posts and shedding tears with your diifficult posts. I have never followed a single persons journey like I've followed yours. I too was/am an infertility patient and the struggles we all experience makes us that much stronger and molds us into a better person because of it.
I hope this year brings you and your DH the sweetest moments EVER, good luck!!!
