I don't have the Angelsounds one but I bought a fetal doppler and it's awesome. We hadn't heard the heartbeat yet and DH is always asking if me and the baby are ok, it gives both us us reassurance that everything is ok. We can hear the heartbeat loud and clear!
ETA: I have the Pocket Fetal Doppler which can with gel to use but the doppler is actually bigger than you think. It's a nice size. I got it for $90.

I got my fetal doppler on Ebay from the ebay store e-bargainoutlet. It was brand new and only $90 including shipping and works great.
