Just want to let you know. I ran/ walked 2 times this week. Thanks for pushing me, I love running but it's hard right now but I know it gets easier.
Excellent! Stick with it, will get easier!

I am all signed up for the full. It will be my first one and I am extremely nervous but it's one of those things on my bucket list that I have always wanted to do.
Good for you! I think you will do great, the full course is mostly flat.

Don't be nervous! As long as you have properly trained you'll be fine!!
We should have LIF training runs when the weather gets warmer  Just for fun!
