L: i was bad for lunch :( indian food-chicken biryani, sauteed okra, curried chicken - we ordered in at work for someones bday, no idea how many pts but Im sure it's alot.
D: 1/2 cup rice, broccoli and mushrooms sauteed, tiny bit of chicken breast.

If you wouldnt mind I would like to join your group. My name is Melissa and I am 29 (will be 30next month) and since I got married last Dec I have gained about 15-20 lbs. I have also joined weight watchers within the past couple of weeks.

Hey Everyone! Ok...back on track and FULL FORCE! I ate so much in the past week I think I cancelled out every bit of good I've been doing!
Tuesday - 10/03
Breakfast Quaker Weight Control Banana Bread Oatmeal Coffee w/FF Half & Half
Lunch Subway Turkey on Wheat, Lots of Veggies & Light Mayo
Snack WW Choc Smoothie w/1% Milk
Dinner Grilled Chicken Thigh Corn Rice
Exercise Biggest Loser DVD
Water x Million
ETA: NSVs!!! I really haven't seen the scale move in the past two mths, but I've learned not to just look at the scale. (One of the MAIN reasons I do not go to WW mtgs!) Anyway...I seriously have been getting compliments left & right about the weight I've lost... It must be falling off in inches because lbs wise it hasn't. I can truly say it means MORE to me to hear the compliments (even getting a phone call from a co-worker...calling me skinny!) than to look down at the scale every Friday.
