Late afternoon 1 apple
Dinner 3 oz hamsteak 2/3 cup parmesan mashed potato
Snack 94% fat free popcorn

Snack: .5 cup grapes
Lunch: 2 oz. grilled chicken peas and chickpeas (.5 cup total)
Snack: 12 almonds/handful of dried cranberries
Dinner: Red pepper stuffed with 3 oz. ground turkey, rice and tomato sauce extra 1/2 cup of sauce sweet potato 1 cup rice milk
Snack: 1/2 cup wasabi peas Exercise: HIIT on the elliptical (20 minutes) climbing up 21 flights of stairs

Dinner: 4 oz. turkey burger (no bun) 2 tbsp ketchup baked potato pickle
Snack: 1/4 cup "rice" cream with 1 tsp of maple syrup 1 oz. cashews 1 cup almond milk
no exercise b/c I pulled a neck muscle

When I haven't reached my points for the day I have a couple of tbsp of PB (reduced fat) = 5 pts. That knocks them down easy lol
