Not quite sure this is going to be a good week....I'm all over the place trying to get back into a schedule...PLUS...we just cut into our wedding cake last night...soooo Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting...isn't really "approved"....
I think I'll rejoin this thread next week after the cake is gone!

Good morning everyone! How is everyone doing towards their holiday goals?? Mine was to lose 20-30 lbs (WHAT WAS I THINKING???) by the holidays. I'm down 15.5 as of now, so only 4.5 lbs till I reach my goal and more to surpass it!! Woohoo!!! I've got 6 weeks till christmas so I think I'm doing well.
Also, I feel so happy today because every monday morning we have lab meeting and we switch off who brings breakfast. It's usually really bad cake or entemanns, or donuts or bagels etc. I made the ww pumpkin spice cake and fruit salad to be healthy! Go me!!
Monday 11/13
Breakfast Instant oatmeal apples and cinnamon (did you guys know most of the packets are 3 points but the quaker oats apples and cinnamon is only 2!!) 1 cup of fruit salad
Lunch 1.5 cup curry chicken fried rice 1/2 cup fruit salad
Dinner 1.5 cup Best ever ww chili YUM!!! 1 samosa (I'm on a REAL big indian kick lately)
Snack Pumpkin spice cake

Im not going to reach my goal by the holidays :( but Im still trying to lose whatever I can by 12/9 (OOT wedding)
This weekend wasnt so good for me, there was always good food around me and we were eating out with friends all weekend.
B: 2 HB egg whites, 1 TBSP PB
L: med. latte w/ skim and splenda, 1.5 cups mixed veggies (steamed)
D: egg white (3) omlette w/ cheese and a lil bit of sour cream, 1 chicken breast patty.
sm. piece of birthday cake-SIL's son's bday , I swear all these birthdays are killing me!!

Dinner: 1 cup tomato rice soup .5 serving of my cornbread half of yucky oat cake cracker 2 oz. turkey
snack: 1 cup grapes 1 oz. cashews and I baked more cornbread
