10/27 I'm feeling on edge today - no appetite so far.
Breakfast: 8oz. coffee w/ ff creamer
Snack: 8oz. water with 1 packet of 'health by chocolate' for skin (not as yummy as it sounds; needs some kind milk - dairy or non dairy)
Snack: many, many grapes
Dinner: lettuce grilled chicken 10 strawberries (two dipped in chocolate fondue)
2 madras(es?) [vodka, oj and cranberry juice]
Snack: chocolate almond milk 1 cup of puffins vegan choc. chip cookie Exercise: Walking to the bar/stumbling back to Grand Central

I won't be posting next week...I'll be on vacation celebrating one incredible year of marriage. I am TOTALLY worried about eating though... Last year when we went to the same place for our HM I gained 10lbs in one week! Soooo....I'm definitely going to try and be more active this year.
Melissa...I hope you feel better! Amy! 2lbs!!! Way to go!!!

Snack: small apple 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Dinner: 3oz chicken 1 cup rice pasta
Snack: pumpkin smoothie (4 oz. rice milk/1 ice cube/cinnamon/nutmeg/.25 cup pumpkin/1tbsp honey)

Someone (other than Lori who is on her glorious vacation) please post with me on the weekends!
Breakfast: coffee with 3 tbsp. creamer 2 tbsp natural PB w/ 1 medium apple
Snack: 1 cup puffins 1/2 cup rice milk
Dinner: 1 cup rice pasta 1 cup of tomato sauce mixed with peas and ground chicken
snack: many blue corn chips
Exercise - weight training (focus on arms)

Lean Pocket Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese (5) Carrots (0) Celery (0)
Mid Afternoon Snack
.5 oz raisins (.5)
Dinner
1 3/4 cups THEINFAMOUS Chili (3-ish points) I set up the crockpot last night, put it in the fridge and then put it together this morning. It should be nice and hot when I get home. 1 oz. Baked Tostitoes Scoops (2)

Breakfast: 8 oz. coffee w/2 tbsp ff vanilla creamer Medium apple
Lunch: 1 cup rice pasta with 1/2 cup of sauce (w/ peas and ground chicken)
Dinner: 3 oz. turkey burger (no bun) medium sweet potato 2 tbsp ketchup
Snack: apple with 1 tsp sunbutter (like pb w/ less separation and saltier) cup of tea w/ tsp. of sugar and 2 oz. of rice milk lesser evil popcorn (3/4 cup)

No milk for a long time - I had an awful stomach ache yesterday from my chai.
Breakfast: 8oz coffee w/ 2tbsp ff vanilla creamer medium apple
Lunch: 1 cup lettuce 1/4 cup chickpeas 3 oz. chicken
Dinner: 3.5oz. grilled salmon 3 tbsp mango chutney 1.5 cup peas
Snack: 8oz. rice milk w/ 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp. sugar handful of gluten free cereal

Omg, due to halloween candy I only have 1.5 FLEX POINTS LEFT - at least I weigh in tommorow and get more points. I always use my flex points but never THAT many...hope this doesn't affect my weigh in
