Re: bed bugs
they have been in my school as well. Totally freaks me out. Keep all of your things (jacket, bag) in a ziploc bag. Also alcohol keeps them away. They don't have any harmful health inications but are extremely difficult to get rid of if you have them in your home. It is more psychological. I freaked and thought I had them at one time but I didn't.

Re: bed bugs
We had a kid in our school with bed bugs and an AP called an exterminator and he said to put your bag and coat in a plastic garment bag that zips all the way....there's something about the plastic that they don't like. But obviously check the bag each day! Also, I would make sure to bring only purses that completely zip all the way into the building.
Yuck! So sorry you're dealing with this!

Re: bed bugs
Make sure everything is closed. If you can put your belongings in a bag that you can seal, do it. Change your clothes as soon as you get home and wash them in hot water.
