Best Fruit or Veggie for...
poo? In your experience, is it prunes or do pears or any other fruit or veggie work best? I know, funny question!
We moved on to oat cereal, but DS is really backed up. Once we're finished with oats, I want to give him a fruit or veggie before moving to the next cereal.

in our experience pears completely cleaned DD out. She was having 7-8 dirty diapers a day when she was eating them. I haven't even tried prunes yet because i'm afraid of it happening again.

They say anything with a "P". Prunes, pears, peaches. DD has a constipation issue but peaches seem to help minimally. I would try them first.

Okay, so I'll try either pears or peaches next and wait a bit for barley cereal. Prunes could be scary--we have 6 days, no poop right now. I hate to think what will emerge.

prunes and pears - also peas do wonders - even better than the fruits.

prunes and for some reason carrots go right through my DS
pears did nothing
