Birthing Ball
May be a stupid question, but does bouncing on that birthing ball, does that sometimes help make labor? LOL. I know if helps during labor, but does it help make it happen?? Just curious...

My neighbor used the birthing ball when first started having contractions. She swears it helped to make the baby drop into th ebirthing canal. I'm not sure what else it does..

I've heard the same thing - that it helps the labor progress.

Thanks girls... I'm almost 2 cm dialated, and tried everything, so I was wondering if useing the ball may help LOL... can ya tell I'm getting impatient??
