BTDT Moms - progress from one week to next?

I have my 2nd internal tomorrow and am wondering if any BTDT Mom's had none, minimal or tons of progress from one week to the next towards the end?

My 1st internal was at 36w and I was 80% effaced and 1cm dialated. Tomorrow I'll be 37w and am hoping for at least sooommmeee "movement". LOL!

I had progress each week. 1st internal, fingertip dilated, 2nd internal, 2 cm, went into labor the night before my 3rd visit.

I didn't have any progress. I wasn't dilated at all at 39 weeks & I gave birth 2 DS on my due date. I went to the hospital with contractions, I was 1cm dilated, I went back a few hours later & was 5 cm dilated & gave birth a few hours later!! Anything is possible!! GL

I never progressed past like 2 cms and 50% effaced. I think I walked around for a couple of weeks like that. BUT, I think 80% effaced right off the bat is really promising. Good Luck!

Thanks ladies!!! On my way to doc now and was up last night for 2 hours with some serious cramps. We shall seeeeeee!!!!!

I had a little progress each week from about 38 weeks. At 39 weeks, I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I went into labor and gave birth at exactly 40 weeks!!

Things can change very fast
