btdt moms: potty training
how do you know they are ready? I am tempted to run them to the potty when they look like they are starting to go, but I don't want to freak them out.

How old are they? Do they have interest? do they remove their diapers or get you right away when they are wet/soiled? Do they want to sit on the toilet? I would look for those signs first. Just be prepared. I had both kids show me signs that they wanted to go early on, but when I decided to try to train them, they pulled away and I just stepped back and waited.
