BTDT moms: what do you keep in the diaper bag?

ok lets hear it!! i was thinking about this the other day & i have some idea of what you would carry around with you when your out, but i wanted to hear from BTDT moms

As little as possible - it fills up quick!

- diapers
- wipes
- changing pad
- Desitin (or whatever your preference is)
- Tylenol/Motrin
- 1 burp cloth
- change of clothes, including bib, especially when teething.
- Munchkin small blue diaper bags to throw out dirty diapers and hold dirty clothes
- teething toy
- sippy cup for DS, extra bottle for DD
- wallet
- change purse (holds my credit cards)
- hand sanitizer

Those are my must-have basics - I don't carry a purse, my diaper bags doubles as a purse for me.

I pack as light as possible and what I put it in depends on where I am going and for how long. This is what is usually in it:

- Changing pad
- Diapers
- Wipes
- Hand Sanitizer
- Change of clothes
- Bib/burp cloth
- Plastic bags for dirty diapers
- Sippy cup and/or bottle
- Jar of food and/or puffs (if necessary)

That's really all I bring - maybe a few toys or a think blanket depending on where we are going.

For quick trips, I often take my Skip Hop Changing Wallet which holds about 3 diapers, wipes, really thin changing pad, plastic bag. If I do that, I usuallly bring a change of outfit too.

ETA: I realized after I wrote my post that I pretty much pack that same as what headoverheals packs

For my newborn:

diapers
2 changes of clothes
2 burp cloths
receiving blanket (it gets cold in the ped office!)
extra bottle/formula
extra pacifier
2 bibs

For my toddler

2 sippy cups
diapers
1 change of clothes
snacks/snack cup
her Elmo

Standard:
Wipes
Aquafor
purell
a couple of toys
changing pad
disposable bags for dirty diapers/clothes
Mylicon (for my newborn)
Tylenol/Motrin

I carry everything under the sun I always want to be prepared. i keep a bag with extra clothes, pj's first aid, snacks and coloring books and toys This bag stays in the car. My diaper bag I just have diapers,wipes, a snack and a sippy.

With a newborn always bring clothes those poops are very unpredictable.

I have: diapers, wipes, triple paste, green bags for diaper disposal, changing pad, disposable spoons, a snack, a water bottle, sippy cup, lotion, travel size shampoo/bosy wash. a comb, a change of clothes, a small book and toy.
I think thats it.
