Anyone know if ravioli are ok for a child under 1 to eat, if by some chance the cheese isn't pasteurized inside? I ask b/c some ricottas are not pasteurized but I dont know if it applies if you boil the ravioli. KWIM?

If you are cooking the ravioli then the cheese will be fine and any bacteria would be killed.

I don't know what the official answer is, but I would totally serve it.
