Can you dye your hair during the first trimester?
I am sorry for bpthering you ladies with all of my questions, but I could not get an appointment with my dr until next week.
Can I still dye my hair??

call the doc - ask that ?? - they all have different answers.
i had highlights done the DAY before my BFP - i had no idea that i was GETTING a bfp....

if you need to covergreys you can use a glaze or a rinse that will blend the greys and has no ammoinia so it does not penetrate the scalp. ofcourse go by what ever your dr. says but in all honesty i know women who are a double process blondes and colored all through there pregnancy and therebabies are just fine!

My OB told me that she preferred that I waited until 14 weeks and that I use vegetable dye. I waited until 14 weeks (this past Sunday), but the natural dyes that I found washed out after 10-12 shampoos, so I went for the regular stuff.
By the 14 week mark, I was desperate and miserable. I am very grey for my age (34) and there were days I would look in the mirror and cry at the sight of myself. Fun, fun!

I hear you! I am 35 and 6 weeks preggo, and miserable that I didn't dye my hair before the BFP! I actually was overdue on doing it, and was planning on it, and got the BFP. I am waiting until after the first trimester to be safe.

I did with all 3 pregnancies. Docotrs have varying opinions on this.
