CBE Digital OPK question
Hi Girls,
This is my first month using CBE digital OPKs. I am on CD 15 (of a 26 day cycle) and have not gotten a  . Anyway, I know they tell you to ignore the 2 linkes on the actual test, and just go by the digital screen, but...my control line is always dark and the second line has NEVER appeared. Is this normal or should I be seeing a second line on the stick?

I use the CBE digital and honestly have never paid attention to the lines inside. I do not think they matter. Do not give up on testing keep testing even up until you get AF. Keep testing and keep BD. I would suggest lie i said in other post to start testing 2X a day. I do not O the same CD every cycle. Mine Varies a few days.

there should be 2 lines... check the expiration dates on the tests... or maybe they are defective?

They're def not expired. I use FMU so mabe that's it? Or maybe I'm not Oing. I'm seeing the dr on Monday for my annual and hopefully she can tell me what's going on. Does anyone know if/how they can test if I'm Oing? I'd be on CD 18 (of a 26 day normal cycle).

the FMU shouldnt have an affect on the lines...
they will test your progesterone, if you Od it should be over a certain #... not sure what the # is tho.

you are supposed to use FMU so that's not the case at all.
I think when you aren't at an O point there wouldn't be 2 lines. I'm not positive though. They say not to pay attention to those lines anyway. But I used to look at them, and as O approached they did SEEM to have 2 lines that got darker and darker.
I was a late Oer.... so you could be too. Some cycles I didn't O until CD 21. So that could just be the case for you.
How long are your cycles?
I would by a CBE OPK and see what that says. I used a combo of OPK's along with my CBEFM.

I had something similar happen this month. I was concerned because I was barely seeing a second line when I though I should be close to Oing. I usually always saw two lines. Then, I suddenly got a smiley! I was so shocked that I wasn't even sure I believed it. The second line was there but pretty light. I tested again that afternoon to make sure and the smiley was still there and the line was pretty dark.
I would just keep testing. It could just be an unusually long cycle, and you never know when that smiley might pop up!

i used FMU with the CBE OPK so it should be fine. I also got a smiley late, keep testing you might just O later than you expect!

I'm pretty sure I'm not getting a smiley. I tested this morning at CD 16 and still that big fat O.  My EWCM is also becoming much less and cloudier (sorry TMI!) so I have no idea what happened this month. Last month I was told I have an ovarian cyst so maybe there's something wrong and I don't ovulate. I'm pretty sad/worried right now.
