We start with a huge antipasto platter full of meats, cheeses, olives, marinated artichokes, etc.
That is served with Italian bread, & bread sticks.
Stuffed Mushrooms & Stuffed Artichokes.
Then we have a Prime Rib Roast, Scalloped potatoes, Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, Burnt Broccoli, Whisky Glazed Carrots.
We toned it down through the years. We used to do a first course of Manicotti, with sauce & meatballs but it was wayyy to much food!
Our dessert is usually a big tray of Italian pastries and a platter of my Christmas cookies, Espresso, & Coffee.

Puerto Rican standard is rice with pidgeon peas and Pernil (pork shoulder). Other things we have:
-baked ziti or lasagna
-salad
-ham glazed with honey, pineapples, cherries
-empanadas
-pasteles
-coqui
-pumpkin pie
-cheesecake
-rice pudding

going to have hot chocolate and then different things they can put in it:
mini marshmallows
whipped cream
choc chips
m&ms
candy canes
