Looks awesome! If anything, I'd say the one thing what seems a little out of place would be the teriyaki steak. It just doesn't seem to go with the other options you have but I'm sure some people would go for it anyway.

I agree the pp's the teriyaki steak does not go with the rest of the menu. Maybe you can use a different marinade/preparation.

Would you want to add like a shrimp dish? Not sure if your guests would like that but shrimp oreganata is a hit with mine.

yum! I would add some cookies or something to dessert....also I would do more italian on the hero rather than american - at least with my family, italian is always the first to be finished!

Re: Critique my menu
Sounds really good. I like your choices, and I would enjoy everything on there! I think they are crowd-pleasers.
One thing I would say is maybe that you could add a more meat or protein based appetizer to mix it up a little. Like a shrimp cocktail (if your crowd likes shrimp), or cocktail meatballs (instead of serving meatballs with the main course, because you seem to have a lot of other options for the mains, or cocktail franks or pigs in blankets. Maybe you are trying to steer clear of "hot" appetizers to keep it easy, in which case I think the shrimp cocktail could be a good addition.
I think your main menu sounds good. I think the steak teriyaki is fine. With that kind of buffet, where people can pick and choose what they want, I think mixing and matching cuisines is fine. I don't think the menu has to go or be as cohesive if you are having a sit down dinner party.
I agree with the PP suggestion of adding another dessert ... maybe cookies or brownies. But I always have way too much food when I have a party.
