DD needs a hearing test. But where?

I know she can hear, but they are concerned that maybe she can't hear certain tones, so we have to test her.

Can anybody recommend where?

An ENT can usually do it. DD used to get hearing tests done by their Audiologist in the office.

My dd just had her hearing checked at stony brook. My dh RAVED about the whole experience. They have little characters that light up and dance when kids look where the sound came from. he said the techs were really great with dd too.
My Ent Recommendation is Dr Robert Gargano Offices in Bayshore and Patchogue. He is AMAZING!

I would set up an appointment with an ENT-they usually have an audiologist on staff that can perform different hearing tests.

If your insurance won't cover it, check with colleges. I know Hofstra does them, they come to our preschool every year and do them and then if there is a problem we can opt to do further tests on campus.
