Just for fun, I am curious to see who knows anyone Famous?
My DH's aunt is Mindy Smith - Country Music Singer
I went to High School with Jai Rodriguez (Queer Eye) and Steve Rannazzisi (from Punk'd and new TV show "Big Day")

My uncle went to school with & played in a band with Brian Setzer....so we used to "know" him when we were kids!! We'd visit with my uncle!
My other uncle is friends with Randy Jackson (the band Zebra) and Bobby Rondinelli (the drummer of Rainbow, he also played with Black Sabbath!).

Nope...the Long Island based band "Zebra"! They did songs like "Tell Me What You Want" and "One More Chance".
ETA...that both of these bands mentioned are more local & pretty oldschool too!

i randomly met and hung out with conan o'brien once, but i don't think that counts as 'knowing' him. i also bummed a cigarette off ray liotta once (had no idea who he was), but that definitely doesn't count!

My dad's cousin was a music producer many moons ago so when I was young there was always actors/musicians around.The 60's..
I know alot of musicians past and present that are popular( and real talent) Eric Burdeon, Adam Duritz Counting Crows, met Mandy Moore thru him, met Robert Plant, John Forsyth( voice of Charlie in the movie versions) Some child stars from the 50's/60's I met them after they were stars as I wasn't born during their heyday we used to play together during the grown-ups parties. Alan Hamel,
(married to Suzanne Somers)
James Garner - my dad met him out in the sand dunes-Glamis in so cal while racing our off road dune buggies,race cars, Tennessee Earnie Ford was a friend of my grandma's, It's so hard to remember them all! I met a bunch of kids of stars while at summer camp -Herb Alperts neice, Basketball great Elgin Baylor's son, Hobo kelleys daughters Gizelle Mackenzie's kids. I took voice and dance from a couple that trained Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez when I was a kid and met alot of stars from the 40' 50's..most more aquantances than friends as i was so young. Lot's of Nascar people thru the racing circuit my brother was a race car driver. met Paul Newman at a race at California Speedway,Steve McQueen when he was in the movie about off road recreational fun"On Any Sunday". My bro went to college with PattyHhearst.My friends bro is in the music biz where I have met tons of musicians, Kenney Wayne Sheard, Sugar Ray -Mark Mc Grath, Duncak Sheik,Well I can't remember anymore right now...The guys in the band Bad Company.
and know lots of musicians that are successful now....just hard to remember them all right now My friends bro is in the biz so I get backstage passes and I have met so many...Sheryl Crow opened for him before she became famous as wall as Joan Osourn

My Dad knows TONS of celebrities, he is a therapist and sees very high profile clientel, he has to sneaj them in the bacj door oif his office, or he goes to their penthouses in Manhattan.
Mt good friend works for Dior and is a personal make up artist to Sharon Stone and is great friends with Tom Cruise, Sarah jessica Parker and Julia Roberts.
Back in my "clubbing" days, my friends and I were good friends with LL Cool Jay and his entourage, one of my bestfriends currently dates a San Fran 49'er line backer, and my other friend hangs out with Mary J Blige regularly
My family is also very close with up and coming boxer from Ireland John Duddy.

i dont know if he counts as famous...but do you guys remember last year the extravagent billionaire that threw the "mitzvahpalooza" in NYC and had 50 cent and aerosmith perform? it was talked about and written about everywhere! poor guy, he was just trying to throw his daughter a memorable bat matzvah...i know him but i dont want to say his name cause he's being indicted for insider trading...
i also know diddy, he's friends with my girlfriend but its not like we hang out or anything. i go to her parties and he's there every now and then.
