Does anyone else get freaked out when their kids sleep late?
Sadie is STILL sleeping and it is 915.
I have been stalking the video monitor and she hasnt moved so I am fighting all urges to go in their and check on her.

So I opened the door and she moved around a bit and went back to sleep...I guess she is just tired?

I second that! but my DD doesn't usually sleep past 5:30

depends on how late and what we did the night b4.
If he was up later the night b4 and he was off schedule then No. He sometimes sleeps in a little late
If it's a regular day and he sleeps an hour later then his normal time I'd watch the monitor to see if he's stirring or just having an off day.
Anything a half hour or less I wouldn't be too concerned

DS has slept later than normal a couple of times. I started to wonder if everything was okay and was staring at the video monitor to see if he was breathing! That being said, I wish he would sleep later more often!!

Yes, horrible thoughts start racing through my mind. I know they are ok, but it worries me when they do something out of the ordinary.

The first time DS slept through the night I kept cheking on him...I was worried. Hoenstly th other night we had a longer stretch than usual and I was checking in on him every hour making sure he ws OK. I think it's natural to be a little freaked out.

Yesterday DS slept until 9:30am. He's usually up around 8. He went to bed the normal time the night before, but I guess he was just tired. His morning nap was only an hour though.

yes I definitely freak out. DD is up at 7am on the dot every single morning.she is my alarm clock..seriously have not set an alarm since she starting STTN at 5 months. BUT maybe 3 times she has slept until like 8 or 830 and I was standing by the door checking on her every 2 minutes! turns out she had a litlte cold or was very tired from not enough sleep the day before. I totally understand! wish i could have enjoyed it!

Yes, even though I have the Angelcare monitor and a video monitor, I wind up going in to check on him and waking him up. Then I kick myself for not taking advantage of it and having a relaxing morning.

It is rare that she sleeps late because 5/7 days, she's up at 6 for day care. But on the weekends if she sleeps past 7, I do a jig of glee.

I would because it hardly ever happens. Even when DS goes to bed late he wakes up at the same time.
