DD is a pretty good sleeper, which i'm grateful for... but she is starting to get a flat-ish head in the back and on one side.

i didn't have this issue with DS because he wouldn't let us put him down Chat Icon

my ped told me that this would correct itself but i'm still nervous.

anyone else?

Yep! DD has a little bit of a flat head. It's starting to get better now that she can sit in the Bebe Pod and she likes to sit up when we are holding her.
The ped said it's just cosmetic and will likely round itself back out.

My first ped that I saw when C3 was a newborn (and we only switched b/c we moved) told us to let him nap on his belly (so we could check on him all the time) so that his head wouldn't get flat--and it never did.

I know that I will probably get flamed for that, but it most definitely helped and kept him taking good naps tooChat Icon

No, but our ped recommended tummy time from the start and we've been doing tummy time every day.
