We have no basement and no trees around our home. We are all camping out in our master bedroom on the second floor.

We have bars on our windows and storm windows so we're sleeping in the bedroom. If it were to get really scarym we have a very narrow hallway outside our bedrooms..it woudn't even fit a twin size bed, but we coudl throw a sleeping bag there and basically both sleep on our sides or sleep on top of each other. That's the only place w/o windows.

Due to Sandy - where are you sleeping?
During Irene we slept on an aero mattress in the living room, maybe we will do that again tonight, furtherest area from windows.
