I exclusively pumped for 4 months... at first it was every 3 hours, then with time I would extend it to 4, then 5 and finally I only pumped 4 times in 24 hours 6am, noon, 6pm and midnight...

When starting or trying to increase my supply between 8-10 times a day. Now more like 5-6

For the first 3 months, I pumped every 3 hours (nights included) to build up my supply. After that, I pumped every 4 hours and a few weeks later every 6 hours. I completely weaned off by 7 months by stretching my pumping to every 8 then 12 then cold turkey.

I pumped every 3 hours until DS was close to 12 weeks. then I started slowing down bc it became too much I went down to only twice a day , then once a day . when he was 3.5 months I stopped
