I love subway and its my new addiction
I get the sandwich toasted so the meat is warmed up, but its not steaming like I would make cold cuts at home.
Do you think this is good enough? I feel like cold cuts turn over so quick at subway and I only eat the turkey. Do you think I should be worried? I could always take the meat off when I get home and warm it up more but its a PIA

My OBs always said as long as there was frequent turn-over at the store you got the sandwich from, not to worry...every dr seems to have a different opinion
