Fort Salonga (399k homes)
Curious. Saw old listings, this one neighborhood has really nice homes in the upper 300s and 8k or so in taxes. I like the area based on maps.google.com looks like a nice area. Not sure how often homes go on sale for. Take a look...

Area code typed in on google is Ft. Salonga. I think if you can get a home in Ft. Salonga you get it, no? Especially with the crime being so low! The streets around it look nice, probably higher in prices but still, nice!

What are you asking? That is a good area, but it is close to the train and small lots. So may be near Fort Salonga, but not what people actually think of when they hear Fort Salonga.

I don't know anything about the area. But I have seen a lot of your recent posts. You are asking about crime levels of certain areas and tying low crime level to house price. Anything can change at any time. You are going to drive yourself crazy the way that you are asking questions.
