Frozen breastmilk how to feed when out?

I feel like I have so many questions regarding transitioning to a bottle Chat Icon

If you were to go out and want to feed your DC with a bottle of breastmilk how would you warm it? I have the bags frozen, but other than having access to a bowl with warm water I am uncertain how to warm up the bm?

For example, if my DH and I take our DD to dinner and we want to bring a bottle of bm what would be the best way to warm for her?

Thanks!!! Chat Icon

I ask for a glass or pitcher of hot water and stick the bottle in.

Same as the above. I typically carry it in the small cooler bag that came with the pump, then warm it in a bowl, cup, etc.

When I was out at the beach (or anywhere I couldn't get to a warm cup of water) I would make sure my milk was in the fridge the night before, so it was in liquid form. Then I'd take it out of the cooler long before he needed it. That way the air could warm it a bit. Also, hands work well too. Just hold the bag long enough Chat Icon

I purchased an on the go bottle warmer from Lionheart. It does not require any batteries or electricity.

It's great when I go somewhere without access to warm water.

ETA: I make sure that the milk is already thawed first.
