Question for those who read Health Sleep Habits, Happy Child
DS will be 12 weeks on Tuesday and I am in the process of reading this book (love it). I am trying to get DS to go to bed earlier and want to know how long this should take
Tonight is the first night. His last bottle was to be at 8, which he was fussing for at about 7:40. I swaddled him, and fed him. He only took about 4.5 of the 6 ozs. I put him in his crib and he stayed asleep until 8:45 when he was fussing. I went in, took him out of the crib, re-swaddled him (he manages to break free) and finished off the bottle and he passed out and is back in his crib.
DH thinks DS wont make it all night, but I am hoping. I am an optimist.
DS has usually gone down between 9 and 10 (usually closer to 10) with some difficulty. And wakes between 6-7.
TIA!

it may take a short time to readjust his schedule and learns his cues or it may take a few weeks.
Once I knew her signals and kept a journal of her natural routine it was a piece of cake.
