I conceived on January 2, 2008 and I am due on September 25th. Chat Icon

I HIGHLY recommend that you not worry too much about timing. I can tell you from experience that things don't always work out as easily as you hope and you don't know what problems you may encounter along the way. I always thought I would just get pregnant when I was ready and it didn't work out that way and I had to spend months with a reproductive endocrinologist. That's not to say you will have trouble but life is unpredictable...........when you're ready for a baby just go for it and don't sweat what month you will be due. You will figure it all out no matter what month the baby makes his/her arrival. Lots of luck to you!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I totally agree with this. I thought we would get lucky our first month out and 15 months later with the help of IVF we convieved. I know you would like to have a baby at a certain time of year, but honestly sometimes you can't plan it all. I wish you the best of luckChat Icon

Oh and I'm almost the same as AP, I concived (thru IVF) on Jan 9th (LMP Dec 28th) and due date is Oct. 1st.

With this PG, my last period was October 18 and my due date is July 24, 2008. I think we conceived around Halloween.

With my son, my last period was on or about Feb. 12 and my son was born November 15 (due date was Nov. 20). We conceived either Feb. 26 or 27th.

The first day of my LMP was 2/12 and I am due 11/18. A lot of the online calculators you can play around with to see potential due dates, and usually you can adjust the number of days per cycle.

GL when you decide to start TTC! Chat Icon

the first day of my LMP was also 2/12 but because of my long cycle I'm due on 11/26.

My cycles have always been irregular and sound similar to yours...my kids are always due around 2 weeks later than my LMP would indicate...

Example..

LMP with DS was 11/19
Which would give me a due date of 8/26.
DS was conceived on 12/21
My new due date was 9/14

Re: hello! I have a quick question if you don't mind sharing.......

Hi HELENz!!!!!

Well I don't even feel qualified to answer this, given that Chat Icon was TOTALLY unplanned, I didn't keep track of anything! Best I can remember though, last AF started Dec 1, I have a 28-ish day cycle (wasn't on the pill or anything), so I figure we conceived in mid dec and I'm Due Sep 10 but they say it could be Sep 5, will know better at my next sono!!

I really felt pretty crumby from the end of Dec to the end of Jan - DH was sick too, so Dr. Colette decided we both had the flu. Chat Icon Lets just say he got better, and I didn't. Chat Icon I better keep my day job.

BTW your DH and mine might be separated at birth... I just bought him a CAMOUFLAGE diaper bag. Chat Icon

Re: hello! I have a quick question if you don't mind sharing.......

Not surprisingly mine is the SAME!!!!! Also if i force him to hold my bag, he uses the *2 fingered grip* as if to announce to the world, THIS IS NOT MY MAN-BAG!!!!! Its the same grip he uses for the dog's poopy bags, when he's fORCED to pick that up, and that he will imminently use for stinky diapers.

But YES, the DD bag is QUITE manly, its actually messenger style, and I swear, Steve sighed a HUUUUGE sigh of relief that he won't have to use my flowery girl diaper bag. (He'd actually throw diapers and the rest into a plastic grocery bag and use that. I'm not even kidding.)
