Re: How many children are you planning on?
I have come from a very small family. DH comes form a larg family-he's the oldest of 5. He told me he wanted 8. If we could afford it he honestly would want that many. I LOVE large families since I never had that growing up. Come Sept I'll have 4 children and that's enough. My oldest is trying to convince me to have a 5th b/c her grandma had 5 children!
Not happening!

Re: How many children are you planning on?
I think 2 will be our magic number. We're both only children - so I definitely don't want DD to be an only child also.

We'd like 3 although I think I'd try for a 4th if we had 3 boys.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
hmm. I always wanted 3, but since I cant even think of trying for #2 for another 2 years, and factoring IF and age...2 will prob. be it. Although, I'd also love to adopt, so if I can get my Dh on board I would Def. do this. I am one of 7 and love it.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
Previously I was set on at least 3. This pregnancy has been extremely rough, though, so we'll see how it goes - it's possible we may do a 2 and through, though I really always envisioned myself with 3 kids at least.

I would love 3.
Unfortunately with our IF issues and the fact that we have a tiny house, I don't know that it will happen

Re: How many children are you planning on?
Ideally I only want 2. If I do not have a girl next time I may try again for a girl with a 3rd baby. If I end up with 3 boys then that is it, no more than 3 babies for me!
DH wants more than 3, he is one of 6 kids. I think 5 was his number but I told him he would either have to have one himself or divorce me & find someone else to have more kids with! LOL But seriously, he knows financially 3 kids would be more than enough for us. I think evenif I do have a girl for # 2 he will still convince me to have #3.
I want to start TTC #2 in then end of 2010 beginning of 2011. I would like my kids to be at least 2.5 but no more than 4 years apart.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
I guess I'm in minority , but I always wanted just one child. Now that I have DD , sometimes I do think I want to have another baby at some point . Not any time soon though, maybe 3-4 years or so. DH also thinks he wants one more at some point, but he is just as happy with one for now. It also and mostly depends on my health and what the drs say down the road.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
At the moment just 2, the only way we might think of trying for #3 (in like 5 years) would be if we have another girl this time.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
We were always torn between 2 and 3. I had a difficult end of the pregnancy with DD so I always said it would depend on how the next pregnancy went.
Well since I am now 27 weeks and on bedrest with pre-term labor - it looks like 2 will be our magic number.
My body just does not like pregnancy

When I was younger, I always wanted 3, but I think after 2 we are done. Although DH would like enough for a baseball team.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
George and I always said 4, but after going through an eventful pregnancy and emergency c/s first time around I'm not so sure, but we still love the idea of having all those little ones. If not 4 definitely 3. After the 2nd baby I think we will wait a little longer for #3 and possibly #4.

prob have 2...but we are happy with just DD for now
Same except I currently have a DS.
DH would be happy closing up shop forever. I want 1 more because I want a sibling for DS but I am so content right now with just 1 so that sibling wont come for afew more years.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
I/We have the one and we're planning on trying pretty soon after the honeymoon for #2. Depending on what we get, we might try for #3 (if we don't end up with twins since they both run in our families )

Re: How many children are you planning on?
We would have loved to have 4, but since I am already 35 and diabetic and only up to #1, it is not likely that is happening. Maybe 2 or 3. Hate to sound like the Duggars, but whatever God will give us!

Re: How many children are you planning on?
God willing 3. If I were a bit younger I would have considered 4...but I'd probably have to find a new husband for that one anyway.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
I love the number 4.
DH loves 1...onboard for 2, if it never happens, he is complete with one.
So we are trying for #2. Even though I would love more, I have a feeling that would be it.

Re: How many children are you planning on?
Dh says he's done. I would like 2 more but will most likely only go for 1 more since DH doesn't want anymore. I might get him to agree to 1 more that's about it.
