How much do you spend monthly on rent or your mortgage?
Excluding, taxes and utilities. Just the base amount.
Around 2400 on rent for 3 BR 2 Bathroom townhouse.

somewhere in the 2500 range - own - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath
in the past, i've paid 1250 for rent on a 1 bedroom apt, 1400 on a 2 bedroom apartment, and 1200 on a 2 bedroom rental house

I believe we are at 1280 just for mortgage. Not including taxes, homeowners or dumb jerk PMI.

we pay $2575 including the approx. $10,000/yr in taxes (i have no idea what it is without them) for a 4 br 2.5 bath

i want to say it's $1189 with taxes and homeowners insurance...taxes are about 200 a month and insurance 150 maybe...just the mortgage is around $850 give or take...
i have a 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse with 2 car garage in FL...no backyard though - just a screenroom...

Our mortgage (including property taxes & PMI) is $3k a month for a 3 bdrm 2.5 bath house.

mortgage is $1,980 without taxes or insurance.

We rent a 2 bedroom house... 1 bath half crawlspace... $1350 a month. Includes nothing...but we found it cheaper then alot of other rentals out there! Now to move out of state and OWN for that amount including all...Aah to dream! LOL

our mortgage, taxes and home owners insurance (also PMI) is 2,038.00 per month (Lindenhurst, NY)
when we paid rent for a two bedroom house in Lindenhurst it was $1,450.00 pm
