We pay $1600 mortgage only, $2016 total with tax and insurance.
We have a 4 bed, 4 bath house in Queens.

our 2 bedroom 1 bath co-op in Howard Beach
Mortgage - $785
Insurance - $27
Tax - around $200-250 which is included in our maintenance payment
Maintenance - i believe around $785 - which includes all utilities

I live in NC
1350 4 BD 2.5 bath in a great neighborhood(rent-but may buy it when our lease is up) List price was 254k with a realtor. He told us he's be willing to margain with no realtor-we could probably get it for 235 or so

We are in the process of refinancing but currently we pay $3142 (mortgage +taxes and ins.). We live in a 5 bedroom, 2 bath dormered cape, although I really only consider it a 3 bedroom.

Mortgage including taxes and insurance - $3500. 
I need to get off of LI and more specifically Nassau!!!
We are in Suffolk and pay about $3,800.
