I need to figure out if I am out of my mind
obviously as a realtor I spend a ton on gas- but I feel like what I spend is excessive
We *try* to keep it to around 300 a week...that is 2 adults one 5 YO.
We spend $100-150 on groceries weekly give or take.
Another $40 a week on gas give or take.
DH hair cut $10-20 weekly.
Nails/Eyebrows I spend about 60 a month so that's $15 weekly.
The rest goes to buying lunch/breakfast/misc. crap that just adds up.
Like I said we try to keep it at 300 but realistically it's more like $300-400 a week. There have been weeks where I have went back and checked and between buying groceries, gift, bday presents, eating out etc we went up to $700.
We try not to eat out too much anymore. Once a week we may order Chinese or Papa John's. We try to watch what we eat especially now that I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and have IBS to top it off..not a good combo to eat out at restaurants

I really have no idea, but I do know that lunch everyday is usually $10- $15; we eat dinner out a LOT, and that's about $50-$100 a couple of times per week; trips to Target, mani/pedis, etc are probably another $100/week and I drive a lot for work (plus my car needs premium gas), so thats about $75/week (but I also get reimbursed from my job, so not really sure how it balances out). We always say we are going to figure out how much we spend per week/month, but haven't done it yet. We always have enough to pay off our credit cards at the end of each month and all the other bills get paid on time, so even though we could probably spend a lot less, I guess we're doing ok.

I go to BJs 2x a month. We spend $200 to $300 each visit.
I go to the grocery store in NY 3x a month - that's about $90 each time
I go to the grocery store in Canada for produce only once a week - that's about $50.
Target 2x a month - that's about $100 each time.
Gas - we fill my SUV up 1x a week in NY, that's $80. DH fills his car up in Canada, that's $60 each week.
Entertainment - I go to the movies about once every 2 weeks, that's $14.
Wine - $40 a month or so. Used to be a lot more 
Out to lunch - 1x a week, $20
That's it, unless the kids need clothes.
So it works out to about $500 a week, but we're a family of 4, and I think I'm overestimating.

Our credit card bill every month is $10,000+.
I think our everyday spending would be $5000 per month or $1250 per week.
We seem to have some large expenses every month - vacation, birthday, anniversary, etc.

It's only Tuesday and I'm close to $300  I've been trying to be frugal too. Gas and food makes up more than half of what I spent already and it's only my DH and I. UGH!! This is a real eye opener.

How much do you spend per- week?
my train ticket to the city alone is almost 400.00. so i'm definitely over 500+ if we are counting things like gas/transportation.
Not sure if this is taking all of your bills and seeing how much they are per week but trying to keep it to 500 is hard and it's just DH and i!

I am talking about pocket money- food - things like nails
not bills
my bills haven't been under $500 a week since I was 22

i was thinking a lot about this and i realized i have a spending problem. id say about 800$ a month and i live alone.
i gave myself a 50$/ week budget.. that didnt even last 4 hours.
i dont really have bills. just a mortgage/maintenance/cable/cell. dont get me wrong, it adds up
i have been holding off on getting my hair done for a month and i only do my nails when i go away on vacation. its a start, right?

How much do you spend per- week?
I have no clue what DH spends on himself weekly. I personally spend about $150/month on myself - gas, waxing, electrolysis, lunch some days, coffee etc. I've definitely cut back a lot this year and did well this month. For groceries for us I spend anywhere from $75-$125 a week, depending what I buy. We also do a Costco or BJs trip once a month which is between $200-$300.

I chose over 500.00
I know for myself alone my truck takes 100.00 a week (that's not including my DH who drives everywhere for his job)
On weekdays we can order in anywhere from 1-3 times and it's usually a 60-70 bill.
Groceries cost me anywhere from 250-300 (family of 5)
On weekends (im a FTWM) I do alot of stuff with the DH and Kids so we def spend around 300.00 sometimes more if we add a Target, Home Goods, Lowes trip etc.
Not to mention I give 250.00 a week to my DD's sitter and 100.00 a week to the girls across the street for helping get my son's of the bus....okay typing this out made me a little sick to my stomach.

I should probably keep track nd live on some type of budget, but I don't. If I had to guess, it's probably around a $350 a week average. But throw in one extra dinner or night out with the girls and I'm closer to $500. And that's not counting clothes shopping. We won't count the clothes shopping.
