TELL ME ABOUT IT!  I'm sorry that is just SICK! $30 for a pedi only. A mani is like $12 here. I refuse. If I have to wear sling backs all year then...so be it!
do they have specials like mani & pedi for $X? also, check out the local penny savers. they could have coupons.
I don't know. I will check it out though. I'll let you know what I find.

 It's such a great experience to have a pedicure. Someone at work have never had one either but she says that she has ticklish feet and she couldn't bear the thought of someone touching her feet......are you the same way?

i honestly HATE pedicures. I hate people dwelling on my feet for half an hour.
I get a big fancy Spa Pedicure in the beginning of the sandal season every year, just to get the tooties in nice shape. For the rest of the year, I maintain them and polish them myself.

You live down by Richmond, right? Well, DH and I just moved to Colorado from Northern VA, and pedicures up there were $45!
I've only gotten 2 pedicures, and I really don't enjoy them. I hate it when they scrub the bottoms of your feet with that scrubby thing! Ahhhh!!!!!

Some of my friends keep telling me to get one, they feel the same way you do. Maybe I am weird, but I feel like strangers handling my feet is a little too intimate for me. I also don't really like the idea of someone sitting at my feet, working on me for that long. It just reminds me of a scene from the King and I or something. Just not my thing.

I haven't gotten a pedicure since we moved to Colorado. But yeah, Northern VA salons are expensive! Good thing I don't like pedicures! (facials are another story though.....luvvvvv them!)

I've only had one ever - for my wedding. I liked it - though I felt like a dork b/c I had no idea what to do - but it's not something I loved so much I'd want to spend the money on it too often.
